Parenting in the Pew – Thinking about children and worship

As parents, we hope to raise our children with knowledge of the love of God and a deep sense of belonging. We know that these things ground and orient our kids for their childhood and their whole adult life. But how can we get support and guidance? Where do we go? What meaningful experiences – and challenges – have other parents faced? How can we start a conversation about this and about children and worship?

Andy Willis is facilitating a 3-session programme this fall open to all parents. The book Parenting in the Pew by Robbie Castleman will be provided to all parents and forms the basis for these sessions. Our first meeting will be Saturday, 15 September, from 10h to 11h at the church, during the kids’ choir rehearsal. Childcare provided.
