Monday 12th of August is designated by the United Nations as the International Youth Day(IYD) to recognize efforts of the world’s youth in enhancing global society.
The theme of IYD 2019 is “Transforming Education”. Inclusive and accessible education are crucial components of our priorities.
You are invited to an event to mark the International Youth Day. This is a joint collaboration of the youth offices of LWF, WCC and WSCF.
The activity will be an Intergenerational dialogue and participatory reflection on the topics of Climate Justice, Gender Justice, Higher Education and Employment, Radical Extremism, Migration and Refugee Crisis.

We will begin with Coffee and Tea at 10.15 a.m. in the lobby of the Ecumenical Centre and finish by 12.30 p.m. with light snacks and exhibition.
