Sunday 21st June special music during our joint worship:
On Sunday 21st June we held a joint worship service with the German-Speaking congregation.
It was a joyous and very musical worship. A 1996 mass by Rihards Dubra, a Latvian composer, was integrated into the liturgy and sung by our joint choirs.

For the Agnus Dei we filmed with our two streaming cameras from the gallery, plus Sivin Kit has provided a third camera angle from just behind the brass band.
For the music during the offertory, Katharina chose the bright “Quatro plumages ayrosos” by 17th century composer Tomás de Torrejón y Velasco.
Musicians were Katharina Mainberger-Dellweg, harpsichord Regine Kummer and Koko Taylor, recorder, Yanis Eberhart, violín Natalie Deffenbaugh, Yanis Eberhart, Hubert Hirner, Friederike Scheuerlein, soloist
Christian Ferber, Pastor of the German-Speaking congregation, offered the sermon of the day, in German and English. Our re-make presents primarily his English part. Title is: “Space between the notes”, an ideal exposé for this Fête de la Musique weekend.
